The Climate King Comfort Seat by Ballard is the latest great innovative product to hit the market. Starting with a steel frame for top-of-the-line strength and stability. The added cushion is made from 10 CM Polyurethane Foam and wrapped in high quality 1.1MM PVC Leather. The Climate King offers the markets very first heated and cooled seat. With 3 speeds for each mode, just hold the button for 3 seconds to switch! There are three heating and cooling elements located in the seat, one under the rider and two along the back. With extensive testing the team at Ballard went with suction fans for the cooling element, no more hot air trapped between you and the seat. But we didn’t stop there, we added dual USB charging port / USB-C for electronic devices, a conveniently placed accessory pocket in the front of the seat, and adjustable armrests and tilt seat back. It is equipped with a seatbelt and all hinges are covered with ABS plastic for added safety. Also, has an easy to hook up safety switch located under the seat.  Simple installation and you’ll be riding like a KING!

Directions for assembly:

• Drilling may be required on some machines
• Bolt down with 4 bolts to existing mounting bracket.
• Tighten two wires directly to battery for all accessories to be working.
• Plug the safety switch into the existing wires on mower.

Important Fitment Tips:

• Most sit down ZTR machines will not require the universal mounting plate
• Universal mounting plates will be required for most lawn garden tractors, light duty equipment, fork lifts, etc.
  • Note: Universal mounting plate required if your machine doesn’t have the mounting platform (see image below)

Seat is water resistant, but not 100% waterproof. It is designed to handle the outdoor elements, however there are electrical functions and it should be cared for properly in adverse conditions. Ballard is not liable for the seat being left out in the elements, obtaining water damage or other environmental related damage. Warranty is limited to manufacturer related defects. 

Seat is not air conditioned, it is ventilated for a cooling feel, similar to an automotive seat.
