International Shipping Terms and Conditions

Prices are shown in US Dollars. Once you continue to checkout, pricing will be converted.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are due at the time of purchase and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These costs are calculated at checkout and reflect the total landed cost.

Please note, if your delivery is marked to a registered business, Canada law requires the shipper to reach out and ask you to designate a broker. They may also state what the import charges are, and at times the UPS employee reaching out may miscommunicate to lead you to believe you must pay. This is NOT requesting you to pay additional fees or indicating you are responsible for these fees. Please authorize UPS to be the broker, which will prompt them to charge bill the correct account (Ballard) and not you. 

 

Not all products sold on our website are able to be shipped internationally. We only offer international shipping on products that ship directly from our warehouse. If a product is shipped out of a different location, we do not offer shipping internationally. If there is a product not offered in your cart, once you move on to checkout, the item will drop out of your cart.

Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days to process your order.

Returns/Exchanges

You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.

International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges. 

Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Ballard Equipment upon delivery will be rejected. 

All other applicable conditions and terms of our Return and Refund Policy apply to international returns.

For warranty claims, please contact support@ballard-inc.com. 

To place an international order, please add the items to your cart. You will be then directed to our international checkout platform, where you will be able to enter your information, see your total landed cost, and enter in any promotional codes when applicable. Shipping costs and timelines will be calculated for your review prior to entering your payment information.
